Question: How is chanting and hearing devotional service? There is no service included in just reciting the names. It is understood that service is something we do practically for the Lord such as deity worship, offering bhoga etc.
Answer by Romapada Swami: Devotional service does not mean only that involves the type of physical action that creates physical byproducts.
