Question: Are the blessings and curses of devotees as powerful as Kṛṣṇa’s blessings and curses? Do devotees who follow bhakti have such power?
Answer by Romapada Swami:
Everything depends upon purity.
Srīla Prabhupāda had desires and you have desires. He is a devotee and you are a devotee. Is his blessing the same as yours?
And if a pure devotee gives a blessing, that is the same as Krsna’s giving blessing, because he is cent-percent acting on behalf of Kṛṣṇa.
Therefore, everything is resting on the purity, or transparency of Krsna’s will.
