Answer by Romapada Swami: I have no answer as to why it is so, but tradition is that they wear bindis, not urdhva pundra tilaka.

Cintamani: Thank you. Krsna wears tilaka like we do, Srila Prabhupada?
Prabhupada: Yes. Radharani only red spot.
