Question: When Krsna performs his lilas in different universes, is it the same Arjuna who is simultaneously with Krsna in each of these universes, or a different entity who bears the name Arjuna? Are they Arjuna’s expansions?
Answer by Romapada Swami: Confidential associates of Krsna can expand themselves, to be simultaneously in different places, to engage in His confidential service.
While the expansions are to be considered different entities (as explained
by Srila Prabhupada during a morning walk in Juhu in April 1974), the
multiple forms are also correctly understood as expansions of the original
entity, in this way non-different from the original and non-different from
one another.
