Question: We have free will to make a choice. There may be multiple ways to please Kṛṣṇa. I do not know which one Kṛṣṇa wants. What to do when that happens?
Answer by Romapada Swami:
How do you make a choice out of what you do not know?
Read Prabhupāda’s books. Read Prabhupāda’s books. And read Prabhupāda’s books.
Seek senior devotees that you can consult.
Do not ask them to choose for you. Ask them for guidance: How do I make a wise choice?
Make sure as you are choosing, that you really want that Kṛṣṇa should be pleased.
And when you make a choice, make sure your radar is on getting a signal from Kṛṣṇa that you made the wrong choice.
Do not be stubborn.
You need to be responsible, and responsive to Kṛṣṇa’s indication to you.
