Question: Even though Lord Balaji, Krishna, and all Vishnu forms are considered identical, I find it challenging to visualise Krishna when I take darshan of Lord Balaji. I do not possess the vision to perceive them as the same entity.
We visit Tirupati several times each year and I do not get the same feeling of looking at Krishna in any Vishnu form unless it’s explicitly a Krishna deity.
In this situation, I am uncertain about how to pray to Lord Balaji. Can I ask Him to bless me with attraction & devotion to Krishna and the ability to see Him as the same as Krishna?

Each one of us may be attracted to different incarnations of Lord Krsna or Krsna Himself. So yes, it is ok for one to connect to a particular form of Krsna according to one’s bhava.
We can pray to all forms of the Lord to strengthen our attraction to a particular form and to seek blessings that we are able to render devotional service to that form of the Lord that we are attracted to.
